The friendly Information team are on hand daily to assist you with directions, store information, mobility equipment, lost property and gift card purchases.

The Information Centre is located on LG1 adjacent the restroom facilities and is open Monday - Sunday:

Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm

Thursday 9.00am – 9.00pm

Saturday 9.00am – 6.00pm

Sunday 10.00am – 5.00pm

Touch screen information boards are located on every level of Top Ryde City to assist you in finding the location of your favourite stores. If you would prefer a printed store directory, please visit Information for a brochure.

Children's Play Area
A children's play area is available on Level 1 free of charge.  Parental supervision is required at all times.

The restroom facilities have been located in a central position on the two lower ground levels and strategically placed on the upper levels for maximum accessibility and amenity. Equipped with a parents room (consisting of a kitchenette, private feeding rooms, change tables and children’s toilets), male and female, parent and toddler and mobility impaired services, shopping centre amenities have never been more convenient.

Scooters for mobility impaired customers are available for hire from the Information Centre. It is advised that you either call the Customer Service staff by telephone 02 9808 8816 or email info@toprydecity.com.au prior to your arrival to ensure availability, especially during peak periods.

Should you happen to misplace your belongings, please visit the Information Centre where our staff will be on hand to assist.

The Justice of the Peace service is available for the witnessing of documents and other duties.
This service will be available from the Information Centre, located on LG1 (adjacent to the amenities) by appointment only. To make an appointment please call (02) 9808 8816 or email info@toprydecity.com.au
Please allow up to 5 days for your booking. There will be a limit of 5 pages only per person.

NRMA meeting points are located near the B1 North (orange level) and B2 North (red level) shopping centre entrance lobbies.

Top Ryde City shopping trolleys have been fitted with a sensor locking system to avoid street pollution in and around the City of Ryde. If you plan to access the centre by foot, be sure you have an alternate method for carrying your shopping home.

Top Ryde City shopping centre has installed the latest in car parking technology to assist you to quickly find a car space. With electronic directory boards at each main junction identifying available spaces and a green or red light indicating an available or unavailable space, parking has never been so easy.

A free shuttle bus service operating Monday to Saturday from 9.30am – 3.00pm is available to all residents. The buses can be caught from any of the designated Top Ryder bus stop or from any STA bus stops along the route. The Top Ryde City stop is located on Blaxland Road.
